Robert Blackin

Chief Architect at etherFAX

Robert Blackin started his career with AT&T holding a variety of positions. He then moved into data warehousing where he was a sales engineer for Red Brick Systems. From there he was in charge of telecom billing, provisioning, affiliate programs, and other telecom-related functions for VoiceNet/Viatel followed by Exprimer, and then at IDT. Blackin then moved into the consumer SAAS world as VP of Engineering at BlogTalkRadio/Cinchcast where he helped grow the company from a startup to 6 million visitors per day. In his last position, he was CTO of the security startup SecurityScorecard where he helped grow the company from 5 employees to 50. Blackin holds a BSEE and an MBA.
