Most AI and data programs treat governance as paperwork you produce after the platform is built and not a structure you design before it. That gap is what turns growth moments into stalled deals, and AI pilots into board-level audit findings.

Founded in 2024 by Shweta Naik and Vaibhav Kalekar, Etherion Consulting LLP is a boutique AI governance and data transformation consultancy operating across India, Australia, the EU, and the US.

We work with AI startups scaling fast and enterprise leaders in regulated industries across healthcare, insurance, financial services who need to demonstrate algorithmic safety and data governance to boards, regulators,
and enterprise procurement teams.

Every engagement is fixed-scope with a defined deliverable and timeline.

WHAT WE DO
◆ AI Governance & ISO 42001 Readiness : AI Management System design, risk inventory, and model lifecycle controls ahead of EU AI Act enforcement.
◆ Day 0 Discovery & Migration Strategy : Legacy data estate audits and board-ready cloud-native migration roadmaps.
◆ Data Governance & Architecture : Critical data element ownership, metadata standards, and DAMA-DMBOK aligned frameworks.
◆ Cloud & Legacy Data Engineering : AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, dbt Core, Apache Airflow; SQL Server & SSIS legacy migration.
◆ Fractional Data Leadership : Executive data governance leadership, 1–2 days/week, without a full-time hire.
