Robert Maxwell

Robert Maxwell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Robert currently serves as the Head of Operations at Ethernovia since December 2022. Previously, they worked at Groq as part of the Operations team from September 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Robert held the role of Vice President of Global Operations at Rambus, where they led a team of 30 and significantly scaled quarterly revenue from around $5M to $35M. Robert served in this role from April 2018 to September 2021.

Before joining Rambus, Robert worked at Aquantia as the Sr. Director of Operations/Product and Test Engineering, overseeing technical operations, NPI, test/product engineering, quality and reliability engineering, foundry interface, NPI program management, and overall costs for all products. Robert held this role from September 2014 to April 2018. Additionally, at Aquantia, Robert also served as the Test Engineering Manager from July 2013 to September 2014.

Prior to Aquantia, Robert worked as the Test Engineering Manager at AppliedMicro from March 2012 to June 2013. Robert also held the positions of Product & Test Engineering Manager and Sr. Staff Test Engineer at PLX Technology, where they were responsible for test engineering and product management for PCI-Express switches and direct attached storage controllers. Robert worked at PLX Technology from May 2007 to March 2012.

Robert'searlier work experience includes serving as a Sr. Staff Test Engineer at Sun Microsystems from February 1999 to May 2007 and as a Staff Product/Test Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor from 1993 to 1999. Robert began their career as a Test Engineer at Performance Semiconductor in August 1992.

Robert Maxwell attended San Jose State University from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics.
