João Aveiro

João Aveiro is a Software Engineer at ETHIACK since October 2023, previously serving as a Researcher at the Universidade do Porto and the Universidade de Coimbra. With experience as a Summer Intern at Active Space Technologies, João contributed to a project focused on developing a graphical user interface for data analysis related to an aerogel experiment aboard the INFANTE Satellite. Leadership roles include serving as the President and Technical Director at Rádio Universidade de Coimbra. A member of an R&D team for a private project related to cooking equipment, João has contributed to an internationally published patent. João holds a Master’s Degree in Astrophysics and Instrumentation for Space and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics with a Minor in Computation from the Universidade de Coimbra, along with an Open Illustration Course from the Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra.
