Phil Nivens

Phil Nivens, PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of project management. Phil is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Ethic Tech, LLC since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of Operations at ITC Defense Corp. from June 2021 to June 2023. From June 2019 to April 2021, Phil worked as the COO at MartinFederal Consulting, LLC. Phil also held the position of Director of Programs at the same company from May 2019 to June 2020. Before that, Phil was a Senior Program Manager at SAIC from September 2011 to May 2019. Phil was a Division Manager at InfoPro Corp from January 2010 to September 2011 and a BRAC Program Manager at SAIC from April 2008 to January 2010.
