Oliver Smith

Oliver Smith is a catalyst for transformational and responsible AI, health strategist, and policy innovator with over twenty years of experience addressing societal challenges. They served as a policy maker for the UK Government and the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, as well as a strategic investor in health innovation, managing over £100 million in investments. Currently, Oliver is the founder and director of Daedalus Futures and co-leads a project at The Future Governance Forum focused on enhancing the relationship between government and civil society. Oliver is also involved as an adviser in various organizations and is pursuing an MSt in AI Ethics and Society at the University of Cambridge.
