Divya Jot

Divya Jot is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Associate Manager-HR at EthicalHat Cyber Security since February 2020, Divya manages all aspects of HR, including recruitment across various levels. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. HR Executive at CoinTribe Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions, as well as onboarding and employee induction. Divya began the career as an HR Executive at Zapbuild Technologies Pvt. Ltd., handling the complete recruitment cycle and talent management tasks. Divya holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Punjabi University and an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from the Malout Institute of Management and Information Technology.
