Jada Mclean has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jada is currently the CEO and Founder of Ethically, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the CEO and CoFounder of Hurry Home starting from February 2018. Jada also has experience as a Founder in Residence at Platform Venture Studio, where they worked on launching multiple startups from April 2021 to April 2022. Jada founded Grumed, Inc. in 2017, a hair booking platform exclusively for black women, and served as the Founder and Visionary until September 2018. Jada has also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deloitte Corporate Finance from June 2015 to November 2016, where they executed middle-market mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts. Jada gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Center for the Environmental Implications of Nanotechnology from September 2013 to October 2014. Furthermore, Jada interned at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst in June 2014 and worked as a Migration Consultant at Sprint from May 2013 to July 2013. Jada also had roles as an Independent Contractor and Shadow at PE in July 2012 and as a Student Caller at Duke Annual Fund from May 2012 to July 2012. Overall, Jada Mclean has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in various fields throughout their career.
