Pablo Chang has built a professional career primarily in the coffee industry in Chiapas, starting as Regional Director at Atlantic Coffee Solutions, the largest coffee marketer and exporter in Mexico. There, they implemented a financing program for coffee producers and transformed export models. As General Director of Satori Koan, they financed over 14,000 small coffee producers in three years. Currently, they direct Catay Maya Parque Ecoturístico, focusing on sustainable coffee production and reforestation, while also serving as the Chief Projects Officer at ethicHub, a decentralized crowdlending platform.
