Ethiopotash B.V. (previously Yara Dallol B.V.) a Netherlands registered entity holds Potash mining rights for a period of 20 years from the Ethiopian Government for a greenfield project with substantial Potash resources. Over the past decade, all preparatory work has been completed, including technical reports, feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments, as well as the requisite licenses, agreements, and permits from the Ethiopian Government. The Dallol project stands out as one of the most advanced and promising primary SOP ventures worldwide, boasting a minimal carbon footprint.

Currently, detailed engineering processes are in progress, after which the construction phase will commence, aiming to start production by November 2027."
