Reuben Carranza

Reuben Carranza has extensive work experience starting from 1990 at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles including Sales Management and Customer Business Development Manager. Reuben then served as the NA Region CEO for Wella, The Salon Professional Division of P&G from 2006 to 2014. Reuben also worked at Luxury Brand Partners, LLC as a Partner and subsequently became the President of R+Co. Carranza held the position of President at Olaplex LLC before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Kate Somerville Skincare, LLC in 2019. In 2022, they have taken on the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at amika, Eva NYC, and Ethique.

Reuben Carranza obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona in 1990.
