Benjamin Stansfield began their work experience as a Microsoft Apprentice at Cisilion in June 2015 and held the role until October 2016. Benjamin then transitioned to become a Network Operations Centre Engineer at Cisilion from October 2016 to December 2017. Following this, they served as a Service Support Analyst from December 2017 to March 2019 and later as a Service Maintenance Co-ordinator from March 2019 to January 2020 at Cisilion. From January 2020 to January 2022, Benjamin worked as a Client Success Manager at Cisilion. Currently, they are employed as a Client Success Manager at ethiXbase since 2022.

Benjamin Stansfield attended Esher College, where they pursued their A Level degree in Information Technology. Prior to their time at Esher College, they also attended Esher High School to obtain their GCSE's. Additionally, Benjamin received a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in November 2022.
