Marlon B. has worked in various roles and companies since 2012. Marlon began their career at Deluxe Entertainment Services, where they held positions such as Team Coordinator, Senior Team Coordinator, Client Data Services Supervisor, and ultimately Client Data Services Manager. In 2017, Marlon joined Dalton Maag as an Account Manager until 2019. Marlon then worked at WarnerMedia as a Technical Coordinator from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they worked at Adverity as an Enterprise Consultant (MarTech) and is currently employed at ethiXbase as a Business Consultant (RegTech).
