Eva-Maria Baumer

Eva-Maria Baumer has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Eva-Maria is currently the Vice President Specialist Sales, Regional Lead EMEA at Ethoca since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mastercard for 8 years, starting as an Analyst in M&A and Investments from August 2013 to June 2015. Eva-Maria then served as an Associate in Strategy and Planning from July 2015 to September 2016, followed by a role as Director of Enterprise Partnerships from October 2016 to May 2018. Their most recent position at Mastercard was as the Vice President, Corporate Engagement - Office of the Vice Chairman from June 2018 to the present.

Before joining Mastercard, Eva-Maria worked at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in roles related to strategy and sales from August 2010 to August 2011. Eva-Maria began their career as a Trainee at Sparkasse-Finanzgruppe from August 2006 to July 2008.

Eva-Maria Baumer has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Management from Deggendorf Institute of Technology (2008-2012). Eva-Maria also obtained a Master's degree in Master in Management from London Business School (2012-2013). In 2010, Eva-Maria Baumer studied abroad at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, focusing on International Marketing & Sales. In 2019, they completed the Executive Education program in Strategic Leadership in Inclusive Finance at Harvard Business School. Additionally, they obtained a certification in MIT Fintech: Future Commerce online course from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in April 2016.
