Most supply chain and intralogistics transformations fail not because the idea was wrong — but because the advice came from someone with a stake in the outcome.

Vendors have deep technical knowledge and clear commercial agendas. Generalist consultants have strategic breadth but limited operational depth. Ethon Advisory was created to occupy the space between them.
We are senior practitioners. Structurally independent. Accountable only to you.
We work across the full transformation lifecycle — from the first investment decision to continuous improvement after go-live. At every stage, our role is the same: to create clarity where there is complexity, and to protect our clients' interests where vendor and integrator incentives create risk.

What we do:
We analyse operations, build business cases, design solutions, manage tenders, oversee project delivery, and embed continuous improvement — across warehouse automation, supply chain infrastructure, and intralogistics transformation.

What we don't do:
We don't sell equipment. We don't implement systems. We have no preferred vendors and no commercial relationships that shape our recommendations.
How we typically start:

Our Quick Assessment delivers a quantified performance baseline, three immediate quick wins, and a 90-day action plan — in 2.5 weeks, for a fixed fee of EUR 29,000.

If your operation is under margin pressure, if a significant capital decision is approaching, or if you're questioning whether a programme you're already in is going the right way — speak with us.
