Alison Orr, SHRM-CP, is a tenacious and motivated self-starter with a passion for helping people and leaving a lasting impact. They have served as the Director of Customer Success for the Public Sector at Ethos since 2025 and have previously excelled in leadership roles at organizations such as Learn to Win and ID.me. A veteran of the US Navy, Alison has held various positions, including Reactor Control Division Officer and Communications Division Officer. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
