Pascal Luck

Pascal Luck is a strategist, investor, board member, and advisor with a proven track record in driving growth and innovation within companies ranging from emerging startups to large enterprises. Pascal currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Ethos Capital, where they leverage extensive experience in cybersecurity and enterprise software to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Previously, Pascal led the strategy and communications for Cognizant’s Corporate Cybersecurity Program and began their career as a Systems Engineer at AT&T Bell Labs. With a strong background in finance and strategy from Deloitte, Pascal founded CrossHill Financial Group and was Managing Director at Core Capital Partners, also holding board positions in several tech companies. Pascal holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Physics/Engineering from Loyola University.
