Edwin O'Hora

Edwin O'Hora is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ethos Engineering, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership and organizational development. Over a two-decade career, they have excelled in transforming teams and cultures within large, complex organizations. Previously, they served as Vice President of Talent Management at Aptiv and held various HR leadership roles, including Group HR Director at United Drug and HR Director at Heineken. As the Owner and Principal of OHORA Consulting, they provided strategic HR solutions, and they also served as Program Director for the Irish Management Institute, equipping senior leaders with essential skills for organizational transformation. Edwin holds a BA from the University of Galway, an M.Sc from Dublin City University, and a Diploma from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
