Tushar Salame

Tushar Salame is a seasoned engineering professional with over 13 years of experience in electrical engineering and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Ethos Engineering since January 2024, Tushar is involved in a Hyperscale Data Center project for blue-chip clients, leading coordination efforts with various stakeholders and local authorities. Prior to this role, Tushar held multiple positions at Dar from August 2021 to January 2024, including Senior Electrical Engineer P4, where leadership of giant commercial projects and extensive coordination with local authorities, clients, and vendors were key responsibilities. Tushar's earlier experience includes roles ranging from Electrical Engineer P1 to P3, focusing on lighting calculations, major trade coordination, and electrical calculations based on national codes. Tushar started the career as an MEP Engineer at S N Joshi Consultants Pvt Ltd, gaining valuable experience in the design aspects of industrial, commercial, IT, and residential projects. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nagpur University and Bapurao Deshmukh Engineering College, completed in 2009.
