Richard Moon currently serves as the Head of Channel Sales for the UK and Ireland at Ethos Technology since December 2021. Previously, Richard held several positions at Arrow ECS United Kingdom, including Business Sector Manager for IBM, Business Manager for Pure Storage, and Business Development Manager for Nutanix, from June 2018 to December 2021. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Sales Specialist at Telefónica for a brief period in 2018 and at Arrow ECS United Kingdom from October 2009 to 2018 in various roles, including Business Development Manager for Software Defined Workplace and Product Manager for Arcserve. Richard's educational background includes studies at St John Fishers in Harrogate.

Senior Ethos sales and technical staff then qualify and validate the opportunity before we engage with our vendors and handpicked VAR’s to close the deal. No other distributor uses this model, and its effectiveness has helped to foster strong loyalty from both our VAR and vendor partners. HQ is centrally based in Bedfordshire, just off the M1 for easy access to London, Birmingham and beyond allowing our customers easy access to our training and lab facilities.
