Robert Connors

Robert Connors is the current Director of Counseling & Supportive Services at Ethos. Prior to their current position, they were a Senior Manager Sales Operations at Openwave and Advent Software. At Openwave, they were responsible for developing the company's worldwide strategic sales plan and quotas by regions. Robert also created sales compensation plans and was responsible for sales forecasting for various regions. At Advent Software, they collaborated with senior management to define, initiate, and execute strategic initiatives that supported the goals and objectives of the sales organization. Robert also drove cross-functional communication to identify and share best practices across all business units. In addition, they created and administered financial models for forecasting, budgeting, compensation plans, quotas, policies and practices, and SPIFF promotions.

Robert Connors has a Master of Arts in Gerontology from SFSU and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College. Robert also has a Masters in Business Administration from Suffolk University.

Robert Connors reports to Valerie Frias, CEO. They are on a team with Raymond Santos - Chief Development & Community Relations Officer, Lisa Gioiosa - CHRO, and Nachet Mehciz - Nutrition Program Director.
