Thomas Merrill

Thomas Merrill is an Industrial Engineer currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at EthosEnergy, where they support the Light Industrial Turbine Business Unit and manage customer relations. Previously, Thomas held roles as a Repair Specialist—focused on process optimization and Lean Six-Sigma improvements—and as an intern at both Manhattan Construction Company and Bimbo Bakeries USA, where they contributed to project engineering and distribution process evaluations. Thomas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they developed a solid foundation in engineering principles. They are also an active member of the APICS organization, working toward certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional.
