🙏🏽Thank you for visiting our page. EthoWork is a woman and minority-owned sustainability consultancy based in Southern California. We help brands, retailers, and factories do the right thing by providing expert guidance throughout the product lifecycle.🪄 We are an EcoVadis-approved Consultant and Training Partner.🌎

Our approach is to engage employees in a new culture, making a company's sustainability efforts straightforward and accessible for all. With a holistic perspective, we help businesses to integrate legal frameworks with lean responsible processes, meaningful social programs, improve their environmental practices, and deliver innovative learning experiences for all supply chain partners.✨

Our goal is to shift the💡mindset of your value chain from the repetitive 'audit-violation-corrective action plan' to a mindset that is holistic and growth-oriented - one that realizes the net positive impacts of taking ongoing, proactive sustainability management actions.

We specialize in:
✅Corrective Action Plan (CAP) remediation and execution
✅Sustainability training and development courses (eLearning, virtual, in-person)
✅Sustainability policies and SOPs, such as Code of Conduct / Ethics, Human Rights policies, Supplier Code of Conduct, etc.
✅Designing and implementing ethical and sustainable practices throughout the product lifecycle
✅Corporate training, including DEI, human rights, sustainable design, and more
✅Workers well-being programs factory-level design and implementation
