Yoseph Endale

Yosef Endale has more than 18 years of experience in the financial industry, financial technology, and beverage industries. Currently, he is serving EthSwitch as director of the marketing and innovation department.

His major areas of expertise are branding, business development, marketing, event management, and financial technology products.

Before he joined EthSwitch, he worked at Hibret Bank as a marketing manager and played a major role in the bank’s rebranding development and execution. He has also been serving Kifiya Financial Technology in business development and played a major role in the execution of the Ethiopian Financial Inclusion Project (EFIP), which is the first mobile banking project in Ethiopia.

He earned his first degree in business management from Zegha Business College in 2005 and his MBA from Jimma University.
