Joanna Eames

Joanna Eames is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business excellence, insights, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Excellence at Ethypharm since March 2024, Joanna has previously held significant roles at Roche from May 2020 to November 2023, including Insights & CRM Lead and Senior CRM & Insights Manager. Prior to that, Joanna worked at Travelopia as Group Insight & Analytics Manager and Senior Insights Manager from July 2016 to May 2020, as well as at TUI Group from November 2012 to July 2016 in positions such as Customer Database and Insights Manager and CRM Manager. Joanna Eames holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, earned between 2004 and 2007.
