Kristyn J. Posten

Kristyn J. Posten is an experienced marketing and creative professional with a diverse background in the lighting and advertising industries. Currently serving as C&I Marketing Manager at ETi Solid State Lighting, Inc. since June 2022, Kristyn previously held roles as Creative Director at Sengled and as Owner and Creative Director at Posten Creative Group, LLC. At TCP Lighting, Kristyn progressed through various positions, including Manager of Strategic Account Marketing and Creative Director for New Business Development, where expertise in creative direction and brand consistency was demonstrated. Early career experiences include positions as Art Director at WhiteSpace and Brubaker & Associates, along with freelance work and teaching as a Guest Instructor at The University of Akron. Kristyn holds a Master's degree in Art Education and a BFA in Graphic Design from The University of Akron.
