Mark Warn has extensive experience in business development and project management, currently serving in that capacity at ETIC Engineering since March 2011. Prior to this role, Mark held significant positions such as Senior Vice President at ENV Environmental International from February 2005 to March 2011, and managed the Shell Oil account at ECI in 2007-2008. Mark began a career at PSC as an Account Manager and rapidly advanced to General Manager within two years, contributing to day-to-day operations and overseeing sales and profitability at Crosby & Overton Inc. from 1992 to 1997. As a founding manager at Maness Environmental Services, Mark developed revenue-generating programs and was instrumental in initiating various remediation efforts. Mark also served as a Response Officer for the USCG Pacific Strike Team, participating in major emergency responses. Mark's education includes training at USCG in Yorktown and further studies at Syracuse and UCI.
