Utsab Roy

Utsab Roy is a seasoned Civil Engineering Professional with extensive experience in various infrastructure and construction projects. Currently employed at Etihad Rail since December 2020, Utsab specializes in the inspection of rail road civil structures. Prior experience includes roles at Realtech Nirman for construction supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic and a significant tenure at Parsons Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from soil testing coordination to managing multiple infrastructure handovers for the Dubai Metro Rail Project. Utsab has also held senior engineering positions at Saipem ENI, Mott MacDonald, Dodsal E & C Pte Ltd, SIMPLEX INFRASTRUCTURES LIMITED, and Construction Engineers Pvt Ltd, overseeing diverse projects including railway depots, industrial buildings, and various infrastructure developments. Utsab holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a secondary education in pure science.
