The Problem: 
In rural Nigeria, 85 million people live without electricity, trapped in the darkness of energy poverty. The existing grid covers only half the country, leaving vast communities in the shadows. With limited power generation, unreliable service, and unaffordable expansion costs, their hopes flicker. In the community of Iguemokhua in Orhionmwon, a young girl's future hangs in the balance, overshadowed by the absence of opportunities. Meanwhile, in Ajakurama, a community in Ovia South West, a woman yearns for electricity to transform her farm produce into valuable goods. These individual stories reflect the profound impact that clean energy can have, not only on the lives of people but also on the broader economy of the nation. By bringing reliable and sustainable power to these communities, we can unlock their true potential and pave the way for a brighter future for both individuals and the entire nation.
