Weigen Liang

Weigen Liang has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Weigen started their career as a Software Engineer at Biomerieux (Organon Teknika) in 1998 and worked there until 2000. In 2000, they joined Etix and took on the role of Lead Software Developer, where they led the software development and production system support for the Etix system. Weigen then progressed to the position of VP, Software Development and later VP, Engineering, still maintaining their responsibilities in software development and system support. In 2004, Weigen became the General Manager of Etix China. Most recently, in April 2017, they took on the role of CTO/EVP at Etix, continuing to contribute to the development and success of the company.

Weigen Liang holds a BS and MS degree from Peking University. Later, Liang pursued an MS and PhD at North Carolina State University. The field of study for both degrees is unknown.
