Aydın Sümer

Aydın Sümer has extensive experience in the fields of business analysis, software quality assurance, and test services. Aydın started their career in 2014 as a Volunteer Staff at Pavo Tasarım Üretim Elektronik Tic. A.S. In 2015, they interned at the same company.

In 2016, Aydın worked as a Grocery employee at Food Lion. The following year, they joined Letta Group as an intern.

From 2017 to 2019, Aydın worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Kocaeli Üniversitesi. Aydın was involved in a TÜBİTAK project aimed at detecting pixel defects in LCD screens using image processing methods.

In 2019, Aydın joined NETAŞ as a Test Services Specialist and later became an Experienced Test Services Specialist. Aydın worked on AI projects related to intent classification, entity classification, and NER, as well as AI-based search engines for mobile applications.

Following their time at NETAŞ, Aydın joined Akbank in 2019. Aydın held various roles including Senior Specialist Business Analysis, Senior Software Quality Assurance, and Scrum Master. Aydın was responsible for creating test plans, executing tests, developing automation scripts, and detecting software failures. Aydın also worked on conversational AI and conversational platforms, including the development of chatbots and a live messaging platform.

In 2021, Aydın joined Etiya as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist. Subsequently, they became a Senior Specialist in Business Analysis.

Aydın Sümer completed their undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Kocaeli University from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Darıca Gökşen Mustafa Yücel High School from 2007 to 2011, although the specific degree and field of study they pursued there is unknown. In addition to their formal education, Aydın Sümer obtained certifications in Business Process Framework (eTOM) and Business Process Framework (eTOM) Fundamentals from TM Forum in June 2023 and May 2023, respectively.
