Principal Business Analyst at Etiya

Halil Erdur has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Support Engineer at ITU BIM until 2000. Later, they joined Nokia in 2004 and served as a Senior DSL Network Engineer and TAC - International Support Engineer until 2009. At Nokia, they were responsible for managing physical installations, configuration, and commissioning of DSLAM and BRASes in the Egean and Istanbul regions.

Following their tenure at Nokia, Halil worked at TTNET from 2009 to 2017. Halil held roles as a Network Supervisor and Business Analyst, supporting sales, marketing, customer relations, and call center processes. Halil implemented new service requests and handled tasks related to networking, IP/MPLS protocols, SQL, SAP, web integration, and web services.

From 2017 to 2021, Halil joined ALFA Yazılım Danışmanlık / ALFA Business Technologies as a Business Analyst Project Management. Their responsibilities included problem analysis, improving system screens, supporting marketing and sales teams, and providing solutions to customer requests and complaints. Halil also demonstrated proficiency in various software development tools and had experience in data warehouse analysis.

Currently, Halil is working at Etiya as a Principal Business Analyst starting from December 2021.

Halil ERDUR attended Istanbul Technical University from 1996 to 2001. Unfortunately, there is no information available about the degree obtained or field of study. In addition to their formal education, Halil ERDUR has obtained several certifications. In October 2022, they passed the Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation Level Exam, the Customer Centricity Foundation Level Exam, the Information Framework (SID) Foundation Level Exam, the Open Digital Framework Foundation Level Exam, and the TM Forum Open API Foundation Level Exam, all from TM Forum.
