İrem Ç. began their work experience as a Landscape Architect Intern at Işık Peyzaj in June 2018, and later held a similar position at Habitat Peyzaj&Botanik in July 2018. İrem then worked as a Landscape Architect Intern at caps. from June to August 2019. In 2020, they became a Landscape Architect at Peyzaj Center, where they worked until August 2021. Following that, they joined masthub as a UX/UI Designer from August 2021 to February 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Specialist, UX/UI Designer at Etiya starting from February 2023.

İrem Ç. completed their Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture at Istanbul Technical University from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Samsun Anadolu Lisesi from 2007 to 2011, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In addition, İrem obtained a certification in UX Design from Userspots in August 2021.
