Rıdvan Berçin's work experience began in 2012 at Retua Design Lab as an interface design specialist, where they worked until May 2013. From June 2013 to August 2014, they worked as a freelance interface and graphic designer. Rıdvan then joined Özel Yeni Ufuk Hastanesi and Özel Yeni İklim Hastanesi as an Information Technology Specialist from August 2014 to December 2015. In 2015, Rıdvan joined EES as a Software Support Specialist but left in April 2016. Rıdvan then worked at Probel Yazılım A.Ş. as a Senior Software Specialist from April 2016 to September 2019. Currently, Rıdvan is employed at Etiya as a Senior Specialist in Application Operations since September 2019, and has been promoted to Principal Specialist in the same department since June 2020.

From 2013 to 2016, Rıdvan Berçin attended Anadolu University and earned a Bachelor's degree in İşletme ve Yönetim, Genel (Business Administration and Management, General).
Continuing their education at Anadolu University, Rıdvan Berçin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri (Management Information Systems) starting from 2016.
