Serhat D. began their work experience as an Intern at ÖGE YAZILIM in May 2021, where they held the role until July 2021. In March 2022, they joined Etiya as a Software Developer, and they continue to work in that role.

Serhat D. completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming at İnönü University from 2016 to 2018. Serhat is currently pursuing a degree in Banking and Insurance at Atatürk University, starting in 2022. In terms of certifications, Serhat obtained various certifications including Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation Level, Information Framework (SID) Foundation Level, Open API Foundation Level, Open Digital Framework Foundation Level, and Customer Centricity Foundation Level from TM Forum in October 2022. Serhat also completed the Back-End Development: Java Programming Bootcamp from BlueMark Academy in April 2022 and Sql Server Database Design for Enterprise Architectures from Udemy in April 2022. Additionally, Serhat has certifications in CSS & JavaScript - Certification Course for Beginners, Front-End Development Libraries, JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures, and Responsive Web Design from different institutions such as Udemy and freeCodeCamp. Serhat completed the İnsan Kaynakları Uzmanlık (Human Resources Specialist) certification from Mikro Yazılım A.Ş. in October 2021, and the Temel Düzey Sertifika (Basic Level Certificate) from Mikro Yazılım A.Ş. in August 2021. Their earliest certification is the FODER Eğitim Sertifikası (FODER Education Certificate) obtained from Finansal Okuryazarlık ve Erişim Derneği (FODER) in November 2015.
