Rahul Bajaj is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic acquisitions, and compliance with regulatory standards. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President Finance at ETO Motors Pvt Ltd since June 2022, Rahul previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Bohra Industries Limited, where responsibilities included managing the finance vertical during an acquisition process through NCLT and IBC, along with successfully raising significant funds for operational needs.
