James Stanforth

James Stanforth is a Computer Science Teacher and Digital Innovation Projects leader at Eton College since September 2006, where responsibilities include enhancing the strategic use of technology in education and managing initiatives to improve administrative efficiency through AI and automation. Stanforth also serves as Director of EtonX, overseeing the provision of high-quality online learning experiences. Prior to Eton College, Stanforth co-founded and directed Harrow School's educational initiatives, teaching French and Spanish, while earlier roles included tour guiding and teaching English to university students in France. Stanforth holds a 2:1 degree in Modern Foreign Languages and European Union Studies from The University of Edinburgh, along with a CELTA qualification in English Language Teaching.
