Lickson Mchepa

Lickson Mchepa is a dedicated and resourceful development professional currently serving as the Programme Manager at the Ethical Tea Partnership since 2022. Previously, Lickson held positions as Programmes Coordinator and Acting Country Manager at ETP, and the Forestry & Environment Manager at Plan International from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Lickson was a Project Manager for the Delegation of the European Union from 2012 to 2015. Lickson is pursuing a Master’s degree in Development Studies and a Postgraduate Degree in Transformative Community Development at the University of Malawi and Mzuzu University, respectively, while holding a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from Mzuzu University.
