Ranjana Das

Ranjana Das is a development practitioner currently serving as the Country Manager for India at the Ethical Tea Partnership, where they lead initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainability and equity within the tea sector. They have over two decades of experience, including 14 years at Oxfam India, where they held leadership roles that shaped policy and practice around gender justice, livelihoods, and public health. Ranjana's educational background includes a Master's in Economics from Kolkata University and a Master's in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, as well as a Hubert H. Humphrey Fulbright Fellowship at Cornell University. Known for their thoughtful leadership and commitment to social justice, Ranjana is passionate about climate resilience and rural development.
