Benjamin Mack

Benjamin Mack has extensive experience in solutions engineering and technical roles, currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering at ETQ since November 2007, where previous positions included Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Implementation Consultant, and Technical Support Technician. Prior to ETQ, Benjamin held the position of Senior Personal Banker at JP Morgan Chase from July 2005 to August 2007 and worked at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort as a Group Reservations Coordinator and Reservations Supervisor from June 2003 to July 2005. Earlier experience includes serving as Front Office Supervisor at Hampton Inn & Suites - Tucson Mall from July 2000 to September 2003. Benjamin holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, both from the University of Phoenix, completed from 2008 to 2009 and 2005 to 2007, respectively.
