Debra Christopher is the President of bolderlearning, llc, a professional development organization focused on enhancing the teaching and training functions within programs and organizations. Since 2011, Debra has also served as the Senior Manager of Professional Development Services at ETR Associates. Previously, from 1989 to 1994, Debra worked as a Health Education Consultant for the Colorado Department of Education. Debra holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
