Narinder Dhaliwal

Narinder Dhaliwal is the Director of ATOD at ETR, where they actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while fostering partnerships and developing successful programs. With a background in public health, they previously served as the Public Health Program Coordinator at Sutter County Public Health, managing various health education initiatives. Narinder has also held the position of Project Director for California's Clean Air Project at ETR Associates, focusing on secondhand smoke prevention. They are currently pursuing both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Gerontology and Social Sciences from Warwick University.
