Tamara Neff

Tamara Neff is an experienced Elearning Designer at ETR, focusing on the development of effective e-learning solutions aimed at improving public health outcomes since 2006. Prior to this role, Neff contributed to community outreach and marketing efforts at Four Athens, enhancing economic and educational access in Athens, GA. Additional experience includes serving as a Contributor for Baltimore City Paper, adjunct faculty at the University of Baltimore, and a Distance Learning Specialist at Campaign Consultation, Inc. Neff's background also encompasses instruction in pre-GED classes at the South Baltimore Learning Center, curriculum development for the Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance, and significant community service through AmeriCorps VISTA. Neff holds an MA in Instructional Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a BA in English Composition and Literature from the University of Florida.
