Daniel McLaughlin

Daniel McLaughlin currently serves as the Head of Product for ETR, L.L.C., where leadership focuses on the growth and development of the specialty vehicle manufacturing start-up "FLEX" and the establishment of a dealer distribution network across the U.S. Prior experience includes roles as Chairman and Co-Founder of Live Oak Outdoor Solutions, and Director of Business Development at MD Ally, where efforts centered on market fit and public safety sales. Daniel's earlier positions include Director of National Sales at REV Group, overseeing sales and marketing for ambulance brands, and Regional EMS Coordinator at HCA Healthcare, responsible for coordinating hospital relations with EMS providers. Daniel began a career as a Firefighter/Paramedic/Instructor with Seminole County Government. Educational background includes an MBA in Finance from LSU Shreveport, a Bachelor's degree in Fire Administration and Emergency Service Management from the University of Florida, and a Master's degree in Emergency Management/Homeland Security from Arizona State University.
