Michael Ray is an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong focus on process improvement and quality management across various aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving at etrailer since February 2021, Michael collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance process documentation and consistency. Prior experience includes leadership roles at LMI Aerospace, where Michael oversaw the implementation of the SAP ERP system, as well as quality assurance and engineering roles at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions and Umicore, emphasizing statistical process control and compliance with quality management systems. Michael's career began at EaglePicher Technologies, where responsibilities included establishing a testing lab for lithium-ion cell manufacturing. Michael holds educational background from Crowder College and Crowder Vo-Tech, along with training from the USAF Technical School.
