Wesley Trice

Wesley Trice is a social entrepreneur and founder who currently serves as a partner at Baiada Partners, focusing on investments in education and healthcare. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Trice has held leadership roles at BAYADA Home Health Care, where they led operations, strategy, and education initiatives. Trice is also the president and co-founder of BAYADA Education, a nonprofit aimed at addressing the nursing shortage, and leads Explore-Forward, a consulting firm for small-to-medium-sized businesses. Trice earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BA from Georgetown University.
