Todor Matev is an experienced professional in project management and methodology, currently serving as the Head of Project Management & Methodology at Electrohold Sales since April 2016. With a focus on change management, business and digital transformation, and new product development in the open energy market, Todor has been instrumental in external partnerships development and goal setting across sales and care channels. Todor previously held the position of Retail Sales Director, leading customer experience and sales strategy initiatives. Prior roles include Deputy Director of Customer Care Division at CEZ Bulgaria EAD, Head of Debts Department, and Business Development Manager at Uconomics. Additional expertise includes editorial contributions for Utilities Magazine and analytical roles in energy and utilities. Todor holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking and a Master's degree in Economics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
