Jaekyoung Mun

JaeKyoung Mun is an experienced Project Manager at ETRI since August 1992, specializing in Ga2O3 and GaN power devices for various applications, including power electronics and radar systems. As the head of the Korea Gallium Oxide Technology Research Association, JaeKyoung also manages projects related to high power RF devices and modules. Previous roles include Section Head and Research Engineer at ETRI, focusing on GaAs RF devices and reliability analysis. Additionally, JaeKyoung served as a Consultant at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, working on GaN devices technology. JaeKyoung holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and Ajou University, respectively.
