Tom Harper has had a distinguished career in environmental services and project management since earning a BS in Chemistry and Microbiology from The Ohio State University in 1983. Tom began as a Senior Project Manager at Applied Engineering and Science from March 1985 to October 1991, followed by a role as Vice President/Senior Project Manager at Kiber Environmental Services until January 1996. Tom has served at ETRI since January 1996, holding the positions of Technical Director and currently President.
