Manuel Hinz is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 14 years of experience in Berlin's startup ecosystem. Currently serving as CEO of Education Partners GmbH since April 2024, Hinz is focused on transforming vocational and continuous education in Germany. Additionally, Hinz offers coaching and strategic advisory services to startup founders and C-Level executives through Manuel Hinz Coaching & Advisory. Previously, Hinz co-founded CrossEngage, successfully leading it to an exit in 2023, and has contributed to various startups as a founder, interim manager, and venture partner, including notable roles at eTribes and DailyDeal. Hinz holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Kiel and additional qualifications in business coaching.
